Got to know after eight months of being in a relationship that my boyfriend has been talking to another girl (his close friend) on call during midnight for hours since last year. I later found out that she didn’t know he has a girlfriend. Also, his friends casually tease him by her name. They have been college friends for five or six years. I confronted him, and he said she’s just a friend and there’s nothing between them. He said it was his mistake to talk to her for hours.
He said he won’t repeat that behaviour, and from his behaviour, I feel he won’t repeat it. But I’m unable to forgive him, and his friend is also prettier. Should I break up with him, or should I forgive him?
