I happened to meet a girl through a matrimony portal and families met subsequently at the girl’s place for Pelli chupulu. After our first coffee chat meet before the Pelli chupulu, we ended up in physical intimacy due to the attraction we had for each other. It was a thrilling experience for me as that was my first time experience of that pleasure.
I always believed physical intimacy should be a resultant of emotional connect and not merely a biological need. I was so deeply connected, but families didn’t like each other for various reasons. However, I was trying my level best to make it happen. In due course of 2 months of interactions with the girl, I realised that we are very different people and it’s going to be hell ahead. I had to let go of the girl, but it’s very tough for me and her due to the physical and emotional connect. Without testing waters, it’s tough to get into a relationship. But once we test waters, it’s tough to pull ourselves out. And if we keep doing this repeatedly with multiple people, we lose the sensitivity and become numb towards relationships.
So, I decided to stay single! Clueless on how to steer any relationship, I failed!
