We Got Married and Divorced in the US

My wife and I are childhood friends and got married and came to the US about 12 years ago. Everything was fine until after our first child. We started fighting over small things, and our disagreement grew further, and we decided to take our ways separate, and we got divorced.

We both were H1B holders during separation. We moved on, and later she married a US citizen, and she got a green card. I did not have contact with her during this time. After 3 years, she also got divorced from her husband, and I came to know that from our common friend.

I called her, and we talked and felt that we needed to get together again, and we felt we are better off together. We got married again, and we registered it in the local county office. Now I also filed for my green card based on marriage, but USCIS rejected my application stating my marriage is fraud, and they are also going to investigate her green card of marriage.

All of my friends and family know that our marriage and divorce are real events, but how to convince USCIS about this? Any lawyer who deals with such cases in marriage green card?
